The field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) is the place to be in for those who love electrical systems ranging from heavy power generators to the smallest of micro-chips.

The Mission of the department is to train the stakeholders in contemporary knowledge and innovative skills, both functional and integrative in the discipline of Electrical and Electronics Engineering focusing on strong foundation in basic concepts, courses in tune with modern trends, leadership, networking and team building, entrepreneurship, ethics and governance.

The department has well equipped laboratories established with an approximate cost of Rupees 30 Lakh. Some of the laboratories are:

Electrical Students Technical Association is a students body for conducting career developing interpersonal and intrapersonal skills of students. It organizes Seminars, Quiz Programmes, Industrial Visits, Paper Contests, Group Discussions, Guest Lectures, Career Guidance, Games etc under its auspices. ETA also organizes Technical Exhibitions for benefit of local public.

Educational Qualification:
      Completed B.Tech from BVC Engineering College, Odalarevu, Amalapuram in 2003.
      Completed M-Tech in HIGH VOLTAGE ENGINEERING from JNTU KAKINADA, Kakinada, A.P in 2009.
Professional Experience:
            Worked as Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering for Two years in SCR Engineering College, Chilakaluripeta ,Guntur .
Working as Associate Professor in EEE Department of G.V.R. & S college of Engineering since 2008.

      Worked as Assistant Engineer in Indivel constructions Private Limited (Errection of Turbines in National Thermal Power Corporation , Madhya Pradesh).

      Operation and maintenance of 132KV sub-stations and Errection of Circuit breakers and Transmissions lines.
